ACashbook is a bookkeeping software program designed to help small businesses keep a record
of their financial transactions as an analysed cashbook – easily and accurately.
Developed by Gallicas Software Ltd as an online application, ACashbook brings a new dimension
to bookkeeping, creating a very useful direct link between client and accountant.
The software runs on our web-server, not on a computer.
You and your client can view client records either separately or simultaneously using
independent computers.

FLEXIBILITY
|
You can decide what level of bookkeeping support you wish to offer each client.
At a basic level, ACashbook can be used in the usual way by a client with no involvement by
you during the year. However, if you wish to offer more, you can:
- View simultaneously with client to discuss queries and give advice.
- View client records on a regular basis. Check for errors, correct errors, post
entries, make adjustments, print reports
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliation, VAT returns
- Download data into Excel or accounts production software
- Customise client's initial setting (takes about 5 minutes), ensuring this vital
information is properly in place. Put your choice of headings in the order you want.
You can also control any changes to these settings, ensuring integrity is maintained.

It encourages the user to follow a simple discipline and make entries on a regular basis.
We give support for any issues users may have with the functionality of ACashbook. We do not
give advice of an accountancy nature.

SECURITY

- Encrypted access to web server with industry standard security.
- Security-sensitive information such as personal details and bank details are never on the web server.
- Data is backed up daily onto a separate server in a separate location.

FREE REGISTRATION
|
- You can register as an accountant or bookkeeper in practice. This service is free.
- When you register we give you a free client/user account. You can use this for trial or for an actual client.
- You can then create new users, easily and instantly.

|
The user price is £35 + VAT per user pa. Discounts apply to registered accountants.
